"Alzheimer talk to me in art" part of the program of accompaniment and support to people affected by Alzheimer's disease conducted in 2008 by LINC Lunel countries, initiated by Fabien Boissonade, host- LINC coordinator.

Painting is offered as support meetings at three workshop sessions where people are invited to participate in pairs CG helped. ARATOUSAGES becomes a partner in this experience through the General Council under the program "Ageing Well in the Hérault" .

discipline plastic proposed as support for meeting and communication, is one of abstract painting (not figurative). Abstract painting can begin its work, leaving aside the concern of the result, for this focus on the action of painting itself. It can be addressed collectively (two or three people working on one sheet) or individual according to the wishes of the participants.

pedagogy, methodology and procedures of 3 workshops

The methodology is based on a pedagogy of creation that allows each participant to capture "the way "the artistic medium and gradually build its own expressive universe. The first three works have been carried out by Raymond, who has a regular practice of a style all his own. The latter is carried out by his female companion.

Jacques performs two works very different from one another. The first intimate, more in his image, according to his own desires and its history. The second, experimental, open to other possibilities of expression and in my opinion, imbued with the energy of the works carried out around him.
